We have an exciting opportunity coming up for 16–25 year old’s at the Time and Tide Museum and Great Yarmouth Library this October Half Term (27th-31st October)!

Our archive camp will explore the behind-the-scenes collections at the Time and Tide Museum, allowing young people to learn some basic archive skills and have a delve into our photograph and oral history collections.

As part of the Archive Camp, we will be shown around the Museum and Library archives by heritage professionals and using these collections to create creative pieces and a short podcast using the oral history collection.

We will also be working with the Winter Gardens Team to learn about the redevelopment and explore their oral history collection, as well as photographic memories from the Winter Garden’s hey day!

This opportunity is entirely free to 16-25 year olds and we are looking to recruit 8-10 young people. We can…
